Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon lime zest. Gently toss and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon lime zest, and 1 teaspoon lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Transfer yogurt mixture to a small zip-top bag and cut a tiny corner to create a piping bag.
  4. Arrange cinnamon chips on a large platter in an even layer.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, distribute the strawberry mixture evenly over the chips.
